Returns

 

At The Boring Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal nature of many of our products, we have specific guidelines for what can and cannot be returned. Please review the policy below carefully.


Returns for Personal Care & Beauty Products

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, and body care products

  • Any item not in its original sealed packaging

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your package using the Contact Us page. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


Returns for Non-Personal-Care Items

We accept returns on eligible non-personal-care items (such as accessories or unused packaging tools) within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:

Return Eligibility:

  • Item is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is included

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please inspect it immediately and contact us within 7 days. Do not discard the packaging, as we may request photos for verification. We’ll work quickly to find a solution.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are not refundable

  • Banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund
