Shipping Policy – The Boring Mart

At The Boring Mart, we are committed to delivering your favorite skincare, haircare, and wellness essentials fast and fresh across Canada and the USA. Below are our shipping details, including delivery times, costs, and restrictions.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada and the U.S. mainland only.

We do NOT ship to:

  • Canadian territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut)

  • Hawaii, Alaska, or any U.S. islands (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa)

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses

If you are outside our standard shipping zones, please contact us before placing an order.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Times:

    • Canada: 2–7 business days (depending on location)

    • USA (Mainland Only): 3–10 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight & size

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders:

  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over CAD $59.99

  • USA: Free shipping on orders over USD $59.99
    (Excludes restricted locations)

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or delayed shipments: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking number or contact us for assistance.

  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can help resolve it.

  • Incorrect address: We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address provided during checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders Only)

Orders shipped to the U.S. may be subject to customs duties or taxes as determined by U.S. customs authorities. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
